One focus, from day one.

skanda was founded in 2014 with a single, deliberate focus — not general IT staffing, but BFSI-IT: Core Banking Solutions Products, Payments, Cards, Digital Transformation and Wealth & Treasury. skanda places specialists on contract, contract-to-hire or right-to-hire pathways, and permanent placement, working with banks and Tier-1 IT services firms across India.

skanda operates through two entities — skanda IT Consulting Pvt. Ltd., and skanda Technologies — headquartered in Chennai, with a recruitment team also based in Dharwad, Karnataka.
